Every product listed is a handmade Kalamkari textile, produced by a named artisan. Because each piece is hand-painted or hand-woven, minor variations in color, pattern placement, and finish between the product photo and the delivered item are natural and are not considered defects.

2. Pricing and availability

Prices shown at checkout are final and inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities. Stock is reserved only once payment is confirmed; in the rare case two customers purchase the last unit of a piece at the same time, we will contact the affected customer to offer a refund or a suitable alternative.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are processed only after successful payment through our payment partner, Razorpay. An order confirmation does not guarantee stock availability until the order status is marked “Approved” by our team.
