Sun & Lotus Cotton Saree

Hand-painted in the Sun & Lotus motif using the centuries-old kalamkari technique on pure cotton, dyed entirely in pomegranate rind and turmeric. Each line is drawn free-hand with a bamboo kalam before the cloth is washed in flowing water to set its colours — no two pieces are ever quite the same.
